Denton Koh Wins with POP! at Shiseido Professional Beauty Innovator Award

The annual Shiseido Professional Beauty Innovator Award is a platform for hairstylists to challenge their creativity to the next level.

Last year, Denton Koh of District 19 Salon by E-Jean was awarded the winner of Salon Creation Category. Inspired by pop culture in the 80s, his winning look titled ’POP!’ impressed the judges, especially his technique in the colour application, using Progressive Colouring.

The winning look was no easy feat, it took many late nights perfecting the look and technique. It didn't make it easy when all his competitors were just as amazing. However, if he had to choose someone to win (other than himself)... well you just have to watch the video to know who! ;)
